Retinal Detachment Due to Choroidal Metastasis in a Patient with Lung Cancer

Some of the lung cancers are diagnosed at metastatic stage and symptomatic ocular metastasis is very rare. Therefore, eye examination orbital imaging not routinely performed in cancer staging. Retinal detachment was detected our patient who had visual loss left eye. In imaging, choroidal seen diagnosis underlying adenocarcinoma thought to be related. It a rare presentation presence eye-related symptoms that provides dramatic improvement quality life with early therefore should kept mind.
